Non-alcoholic beverages can be broadly classified into three main categories:  refreshing, nourishing, and stimulating .  Refreshing drinks, like water and soft drinks, focus on hydration and replenishing fluids.  Nourishing drinks, such as juices and milkshakes, provide essential nutrients.  Stimulating drinks, like tea and coffee, are consumed for their effects on mental and physical activity

Food technology

  advancements in food safety, such as a new sensor for detecting bacteria and chemicals, and the use of AI to reduce contamination risks .  Innovations in food production include vertical farming techniques and the use of nanobubbles for wastewater treatment.  Additionally, there's growing interest in sustainable food sources like cultured meat and plant-based proteins.
